Girls, our hair can change over the years—and sometimes it feels like we have to learn what to do with it all over again! Mine went from thick and wavy to thinner and curly, with some gray and white streaks joining the party. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m finding ways to care for it, work with it, and have fun along the way.

This is where I share my personal hair-care experiences, favorite products, and styling ideas—from learning to love my curls and exploring my natural gray to wearing toppers, hairpieces, and wigs. Some days I embrace what’s growing on my head. Other days, I pick the hair that goes with my outfit!
