One thing I’ve learned from working from home is that comfortable does not have to mean sloppy! Some of my favorite work-from-home outfits actually start with active wear.

Today’s OOTD is a perfect example.

This outfit is from Livi Active Wear by Lane Bryant, and I love how easy it is to take a comfortable outfit and make it work for several different parts of my day.

💗 Active Wear for Working From Home

When I’m working from home, I want to be comfortable — but I also need to be able to jump onto a video meeting without looking like I just rolled out of bed!

This Livi tank and skirt are comfortable enough to wear around the house all day. When it’s time for a Teams or Zoom meeting, I can simply throw on a black jacket, cardigan, or sweater and suddenly the outfit looks much more polished.

From the waist up, no one needs to know just how comfy I really am!

Of course, this is Fancy Nancy, so I have to add a little fancy!

A few pieces of jewelry can completely change a casual active-wear outfit. Add a necklace, bracelets or earrings and a pair of comfortable sandals, and you have an outfit that feels put together without sacrificing comfort.

It’s an easy way to go from:

Working at my desk → video meeting → errands → lunch → running around town.

One outfit. No need to change.

Another thing I love about an outfit like this is how versatile it can be.

Swap the sandals for a pair of tennis shoes, and you’re ready to take a walk, run errands or just have a more casual day.
